Background

Jin was born and raised in Korea, where she earned a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Studies. After graduation, she moved to New York to expand her horizons and study English. She then pursued a master’s degree in Interdisciplinary Studies at the University of North Texas, specializing in Taxation within International Economics and Business. Since moving to Los Angeles in 2013, Jin has built a strong career in accounting, with roles in both public and restaurant-focused accounting. Before joining Simantob & Associates, she contributed her expertise as a senior staff accountant in a firm based in Santa Monica and Los Angeles. Outside of work, Jin enjoys hiking and discovering new travel destinations. She is fluent in Korean.
